We are available to see patients and clients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Office visits are by appointment only.

We request patients and clients who are unable to keep their appointments, to notify us immediately, preferably at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can take advantage of that appointment time. No charges will be incurred to appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

We will make every attempt to schedule new patients within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Initial evaluations of new patients require at least one-hour appointments. Follow-up treatments usually require 30min. to 1-hour appointments, depending on case complexity and patient's and/or family's specific clinical need.

We are located in the Veterans Blvd. Offices complex in Burr Ridge, IL. Take Exit 276-B (Countyline North) on I-55, then turn left on Veterans Blvd until the second Stop sign, then turn left until you reach the office complex. Our offices are in the second building, southside.
